Adam has Directed and Supervised Scaffold Operations for numerous large-scale construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA Regulations, industry standards, product consistency, and specific project specifications. He has significant experience leading large teams of Scaffold Builders, ensuring proper training, leadership, assigning responsibilities, and evaluating performance throughout the course of Outage and Maintenance Projects. Adam has maintained a long track record of Developing and Implementing Detailed Scaffold Erection Plans, including Scaffold CAD Design, Phasing, Estimating, Budgeting, Material Requirements, and adhering to stringent project deadlines. He is consistently collaborating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to understand project needs, expedite problem resolution, and provide over a quarter of a century of technical expertise. Adam prides himself in Comprehensive Project Design, Construction, Documentation, Safety, and his desire to provide the best scaffold solutions on the market with our team.

Josh is a Project Manager with 7 years of experience in Planning, Coordinating, Scheduling and Managing Scaffold Projects in a variety of diverse construction environments. Adept at leading multi-trade teams, managing project resources, providing efficient, transparent data throughout the duration of products. This leads clients, and our team, to a high-level of project success. A proven track record of successfully managing dozens of scaffold projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion and within budget. Josh strives to apply his in-depth knowledge of Scaffold Systems, Industry Best Practices, and Safety Regulations, ensuring compliance throughout construction. Having a strong track record of effective leadership, effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve all of our customer's expectations. Priding himself in excellent communication skills between all parties, facilitating productive collaborations with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and Project Stakeholders. He has consistently shown his proficiency in Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Risk Assessment, Primavera P6 Project Scheduling, and problem-solving skills to mitigate challenges and achieve all of the project objectives. He continues to demonstrate his ability to evaluate project requirements, develop comprehensive project plans, and manage project from start to finish.
